How to use
Adults/Children: In acute cases take 2 sprays every 15 minutes. After 6 doses take every hour. Reduce the number of doses as relief is obtained, to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Arnica montana, fresh whole plant juice 6x in water/ethanol base (30ml, approx. 250 sprays).
