4. The promotion commences and closes on the dates specified in the relevant promotional post. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

 

5. Entry mechanics will be specified in the individual promotional post and may include but are not limited to:

A. Engaging with the promotional post via comment, like, share, tag

B. Submitting an entry form

C. Completing an action in-store

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no purchase is necessary to enter or win this promotion. Where a purchase is required, this will be clearly stated in the promotional post.

 

Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries per person are permitted, however each entry must comply with the entry requirements. Bargain Chemist will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Bargain Chemist takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

 

6. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of their entry, unless otherwise stated in the promotional post.

 

7. Employees of Bargain Chemist, its related companies, agencies, vendors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Bargain Chemist reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

 

Promotions may include prizes provided by third-party suppliers. Bargain Chemist is not responsible for the performance or suitability of third-party products or services.

 

10. The winner selection method will be specified in the promotional post and may include but is not limited to:

A. Random draw

B. Judged competition

C. First correct answer

D. Engagement-based selection

 

Where a draw is used, the draw will take place within period specified on the promotional post at the offices of Bargain Chemist Limited (1 Radcliffe Road, Belfast, Christchurch 8051) and will be conducted fairly and transparently using a method chosen by Bargain Chemist or its agency.

 

Where judging is used, entries will be judged by Bargain Chemist. Judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the period specified on the promotional post, Bargain Chemist reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

14. Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social platform used to run the promotion. Participants release these platforms from all liability relating to the promotion.

Bargain Chemist may also use entrant information for marketing purposes in accordance with its privacy policy, where consent has been provided or is otherwise permitted by law. Participants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.
