The vegan formula is suitable for those with an active lifestyle both pre and post exercise to help reduce soreness and build and restore muscle tissue.

Directions
Dissolve or mix 30g (approx. 2 large heaped tablespoons) into 200ml of water, milk (non dairy is suggested), or juice of your choice, consume once daily, recommended either before or after exercise. Always consult your health care practitioner as individuals may vary.
