Zinc (as amino acid chelate) (providing elemental 165.6mcg)
Mānuka honey 37.4mg.
Also contains:
glycerine, water.

Shake well.Adults 16+ yrs: 6 sprays (0.72mL) to the back of the throat, up to 7 times daily.
Contains alcohol. Not suitable for children or if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use in conjunction with alcohol, antidepressants or anxiety medication.
Temporary numbing of the mouth and throat will occur as a natural effect of Kava.
