Instructions

* Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have enough colour at the tip to work with.
* Glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye, working outward.
* Create intense and dramatic liner styles like cat eyes, or get a softer, smoky eye makeup look by using the smudger tool right after applying.
* Keep the pencil sharp with the built-in sharpener.
