Instructions

Step 1: Apply your shade of Scandaleyes Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer to the upper lash line, gliding lightly across from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
Step 2: Using fingers, lightly blend over the line to smoke eyeliner upwards and outwards.
Step 3: Retrace eyeliner over the upper lash line to add definition to this smokey look. Then, add mascara to finish.
