Description

Our optislim healthy options meals are cooked fresh and snap sealed using modern retort technology. No Refrigeration required. Locks in flavour and taste, ready to eat when you are, in just 90 seconds. Delicious, affordable and convenient.

Directions:
1. Empty pouch contents into the provided bowl.
2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds DO NOT PLACE FOIL POUCH IN THE MICROWAVE. CONTENTS WILL BE HOT.
3. Optional - sprinkle and mix optibiome sachet thoroughly into meal (only after it has been heated).  Drink a glass of water with meal for optimum results.
