2. Check the mask’s temperature by touching it with your fingers before applying to your closed eyes.

3. Adjust the strap around your head for comfort.

4. Leave the mask on your eyes for 10 minutes or as recommended by your medical professional.

Safety

Keep the mask in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children. Replace the heat pad every six months.
