Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) Fruit peel 450 µL, Citrus reticulata (Mandarin) Fruit peel 200 µL, , Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) Herb top flowering 150 µL, Citrus aurantium (Bergamot) Fruit peel 150 µL, Juniperus virginiana (Virginian Cedarwood) Wood 50 µL.

Vaporisation: Add 3-6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your vaporiser.
Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Always read the label and follow directions for use.
Storage Temperature: Store below 30°C.
