Musashi High Protein Powder is an essential recovery blend, delivering 30g of protein per serve to support post‑exercise muscle repair*. This formula contains BCAAs and a digestive enzyme for optimised recovery , in a delicious, easy-mixing shake.

Musashi High Protein Blend (93%) (Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Calcium Caseinate (Milk), Milk Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Skim Milk Powder, Pea Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)), Dextrose, Flavours, Vegetable Gums (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Enzyme (0.3%) (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).

HOW: Add 45g (1 & 1/2 levelled scoops) to 300mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately. WHEN: DAILY: Can be added to water, milk or food as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days. BEFORE: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise. AFTER: Use within 30 minutes after resistance training. Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
