Active Ingredients: Active ingredients in each 5ml dose: PELARGONIUM root 340mg MARSHMALLOW root 610mg RIBWORT leaf 882mg IVY leaves 240mg GRINDELLIA leaf 340mg LICORICE root 244mg Be well formulas use standardised herbal extracts where possible. Base ingredients: In a base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water Dosage: Recommended adult dosage Get well: Take 5mls up to three times per day.
