Description

Well-known for supporting general wellbeing, this tonic is a great addition to your daily regime. Nelson Apples are pressed and naturally fermented to create an unpasteurise. Unfiltered vinegar that’s rich in the live, beneficial bacteria known as the ‘Mother’.
Take daily as a tonic to support general wellbeing, or use it as a tasty, tangy base for salad dressings and marinades. We’ve also added a hint of Turmeric and Ginger – spices traditionally used to support digestion.

INGredients

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Purified Water (to dilute to 4.2% acidity), Turmeric Extract, Ginger Extract, Pepper Extract

Instructions

Directions: For a general tonic, add 2-3 teaspoons of Healtheries Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass of water, twice daily. Mix in honey to taste if desired.
