DU’IT Tough Hands Fragrance Free is a clinically proven, intensive repair hand cream that delivers visible results in just 1 day. The advanced multi-action formula contains 10% Urea to lock in moisture, Vitamin E to support skin healing, and natural lactic acid (AHAs) to gently exfoliate and improve skin texture. Dimethicone and Sodium PCA strengthen the skin barrier, while Lemon Myrtle and Tea Tree extracts provide antimicrobial protection.
