INGredients

Eucalyptus, Tea-tree, Camphor, Peppermint

Instructions

4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser. Inhale direct from the bottle when needed. A few drops on a tissue placed near you. 3 drops in a bowl of hot water and inhale.
