The Lip Elixir Nourishing Lip Treatment has a decadent texture and is ideal for use as an overnight treatment or over lipstick to add a glossy sheen.
How to use:
1. Apply all over the lips.
2. Use alone, as a base before applying lipstick, or over lipstick to add a glossy finish.
For a more satin finish, mix with matte liquid lipsticks.
