DIRECTIONS
1. Use the pointed tip to outline lips, staying as close to your natural lipline as possible.
2. Fill in the rest of your lips with colour.
3. Build until desired intensity is achieved.
Tip: For a fuller pout, pop a small amount of gloss on the centre of the lip.
