Directions:
This product can be taken with hormone balancing formulas and the oral contraceptive.
Adults over 18 years: Take 1-3 capsules daily for 3-5 days.
Ages 12-17 years: Take 1 capsule daily with food for 3-5 days.
Best taken one or two days before the onset of the menstrual period to support against discomfort.
