Lime Oil (Citrus Aurantifolia), Siberian Fir (Abies Sibirica), *Lemon Scented Tea Tree (Leptospermum Petersonii), *Peppermint Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Radiata), Rosemary Oil (Rosmarinus Officinalis), Clove Oil (Eugenia Caryophyllus).

Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding eye area.
Massage: Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into required area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
