It contains AlphaWave® L theanine, fenugreek, calcium, vitamin D3, and magnesium to support bone health, energy, metabolism, and relaxation. It also supports calcium absorption, vitality and libido, and supports a healthy stress response.

Each tablet contains:

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 697 mg Equivalent to calcium 162.5 mg
Colecalciferol 7.5 micrograms Equivalent to vitamin D3 300 IU
Magnesium citrate 259 mg Equivalent to magnesium 40 mg
Theanine 100 mg
Trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract dry conc.  297 mg Equivalent to dry 3 g

Instructions

Adult Women - Take 1 tablet two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food. TAPS 15/05/26
