Description
Blackmores Deep Sleep is specially formulated with valerian, ziziphus, hops and magnesium to support deep and restful sleep.
Usage
Adults – Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.

Valerian, ziziphus, hops and magnesium

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. WARNING - Valerian may harm the liver in some people.
