Blackmores Beauty Sleep contains Hops traditionally used in western herbal practice to support healthy sleeping patterns plus Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen and Vitamin C to nourish skin overnight.
Usages
Adults - Take 2 capsules once a day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Short term use for a maximum of 3 months.

Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Retinol, Biotin, Collagen, hyaluronic acid, Hops

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
