PurCellin Oil® helps reduce the thickness of the Bio‑Oil Skincare Oil formulation, helping to deliver key ingredients including vitamins A and E, and calendula, lavender, rosemary and chamomile oils. This results in the production of a protective film which is neither sticky or greasy.
