Must take 5-15 minus before eating. Take 1 capsule 3 times daily before food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. To ensure maximum absorption, we do recommend that you aim to take BePure Digest Assist on an empty stomach, without drinks such as coffee, tea or alcohol.
