Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet) tinc. equiv. fresh herb -125mg
Mentha piperita (Peppermint) tinc. equiv. fresh herb -100mg
Non-palm vegetable glycerine, ethanol
There is no sugar, caffeine, artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, preservatives, gluten, or dairy in this product.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Take up to 3x daily before meals or as required.
Adults and children over 12 years: 5ml
Children 7-12 years: 2.5ml
Children 1-6 years: 1.5ml
May be diluted in up to 30ml of water or juice.
