Piper methysticum ('Noble' Kava) tinc. equiv. dry root - 50mg
Avena sativa (Green Oat) tinc. equiv. fresh flowering tops - 50 mg
Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) tinc. equiv. dry root - 40mg
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) tinc. equiv. dry root - 20 mg
Also contains ethanol, non-palm vegetable glycerine, certified organic apple syrup and sweet orange essential oil.

Use 1 level teaspoon (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Adults & children over 12 years: 150ml
Children 6-12 years: 100ml
Children 1-6 years: 50ml
Infants 0-12 months: 10ml
Repeat up to 3 x daily.
For children and infant dose, make an adult dose and extract the required volume.
