Description

ALLEVYN THIN is comfortable, flexible bandage that adheres well to dry skin. The dressing has a top film that is waterproof, permeable to moisture and forms a bacterial barrier to minimise the risk of infection.

Do not use on wounds with exposed muscle, bone or tendon where a risk of drying out exists. Do not use on wounds where the surrounding skin is damaged or sensitive. Contact your healthcare professional if infection is suspected, eg. redness or foul exudate. Infected wounds should be inspected daily and treated appropriately.

The use of oxidising agents, eg. hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorite solutions should be avoided with ALLEVYN Thin. Sterile unless pack is opened or damaged.
