Online-only Red Seal Oral Care Prize Pack Promotion
1. Promotion is run by Bargain Chemist Limited, 1 Radcliffe Road, Belfast, Christchurch 8051.
2. The promotion commences at 12.00am Wednesday 14 October 2026 and closes at 11.59pm Tuesday 27 October 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
3. To enter the prize draw, entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase one or more qualifying Red Seal Oral Care product by completing the online checkout process one the Bargain Chemist website at www.bargainchemist.co.nz
Purchases made in Bargain Chemist stores or through any other sales channel do not qualify for entry.
Each online order containing one or more qualifying Red Seal Oral Care product will constitute one entry into the prize draw.
Multiple entries per person are permitted, however each entry must comply with the entry requirements.
Each entry must relate to a genuine eligible purchase. Bargain Chemist reserves the right to exclude entries that do not meet these Terms & Conditions or that it reasonably believes have been generated through manipulation, fraud or abuse of the promotion.
Bargain Chemist takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
4. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of their entry.
Bargain Chemist reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Employees of Bargain Chemist, its related companies, agencies, vendors, and their immediate families are not eligible.
5. Bargain Chemist reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant who:
A. Tampers with the entry process
B. Submits fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information
C. Breaches these Terms or the promotional instructions
D. Engages in behaviour deemed abusive, unethical, or damaging to the promotion’s integrity
6. An entry will only remain valid where the relevant qualifying purchase is successfully completed and fulfilled.
An entry will become invalid if the qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise reversed before the prize draw.
If a qualifying purchase is returned or refunded after the prize draw and the entrant has already been selected as a winner, Bargain Chemist reserves the right to withdraw the prize and conduct a redraw.
7. The prize pool consists of 1x prize pack of:
A. 1 x Philips Sonicare Bundle, which includes a Sonicare Electric Toothbrush 3100 Series and a Sonicare Cordless Flosser 3000, valued at $399.99 NZD
B. 1 x Year’s Supply of Red Seal Toothpaste, comprising 24 tubes of toothpaste – 4 tubes each of 6 different variants – valued at $114.96 NZD
The total prize pool value is $514.95
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Bargain Chemist reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Promotions may include prizes provided by third-party suppliers. Bargain Chemist is not responsible for the performance or suitability of third-party products or services.
8. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw for 1 winner will take place by Monday 2 November at Bargain Chemist Head Office, 4 Abros Place, Burnside, Christchurch.
9. The winner(s) will be contacted using the contact details associated with their eligible online order.
Winner(s) will be contacted within 5 business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize and may be required to provide reasonable information to verify their identity and eligibility. Bargain Chemist may disqualify an entry where it is unable to reasonably verify that the entry meets these Terms & Conditions.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot verify their eligibility or is otherwise found to be ineligible, Bargain Chemist reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
10. By accepting a prize, winners agree that Bargain Chemist may use their name, image, and/or entry content for reasonable promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, including verifying entries, conducting the prize draw, contacting winners and arranging prize fulfilment. Bargain Chemist may also use entrant information for marketing purposes in accordance with its privacy policy, where consent has been provided or is otherwise permitted by law.
Participants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.
12. This promotion is a trade promotion and not a lottery or gambling scheme. Where a purchase is required, entry mechanics are structured as a promotional incentive and not a gambling activity.
13. To the extent permitted by law, Bargain Chemist is not responsible for:
A. Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize
B. Technical errors, system outages, or social platform failures affecting entry or notification
14. Bargain Chemist reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to events outside reasonable control, including fraud supply issues, technical issues or platform outages, or regulatory changes.
15. Bargain Chemist’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
