equiv. to levomefolic acid........ 300mcg

Methylcobalamin (mecobalamin)

Instructions

Adults: Take 1 Chewable Tablet, once daily. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
