Tui Tape Clear Nasal Breathing Strips use a flexible tension bar that gently lifts the sides of the nose to help open the nasal passages, so breathing through your nose feels easier. This pack holds 35 strips, a month's supply plus a few spare. The strips are clear, so they blend in with any skin tone and can be worn discreetly at night, at work, during exercise or when travelling.

2. Gently bend the strip backwards to release the backing.
3. Position the strip across the middle of your nose, just above the flare of your nostrils (not so high up it sits on the bony bridge), and press down firmly for 10 to 15 seconds. Press rather than rub.
Use each strip once. To remove, wet the edges with warm water and peel slowly from one side.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
