Description

Optimise sleep, energise daytime performance.

Tui Tape Kissy-Lips Mouth Tape is a gentle sleep tape that encourages nasal breathing overnight by helping keep your lips together while you sleep. A fun lip-shaped design in a 3-colour multipack. It works exactly like our Classic tape, with a small central breathing slit so your mouth is never fully sealed. Wellness does not have to look clinical.

Mouth breathing at night is linked with a dry mouth on waking and snoring. Tui Tape gently holds your lips closed, so you breathe through your nose instead.

This pack holds 35 strips, a month's supply plus a few spare nights, so you can build a consistent nightly routine.

Why Tui Tape:
- Lip shape, 90 x 48 mm
- 3 colours in every pack
- Small central breathing slit for comfort and peace of mind
- Soft, stretchy 95% cotton and 5% spandex
- Hypoallergenic and 100% latex-free
- Pack contains 35 individual strips
- Designed and owned in New Zealand

Pairs well with Tui Tape Clear Nasal Strips, to help keep your nose clear while you tape.

INGredients

95% Cotton, 5% Spandex. Hypoallergenic, 100% Latex-Free.

Instructions

1. Wash the skin around your lips with soap and make sure it is completely dry. Avoid lip balm or moisturiser before bed.
2. Pull the tape apart along the centre cut to remove the backing, so your fingers do not touch the adhesive.
3. Position the tape centred over closed lips and gently stretch before pressing down for 5 to 10 seconds. Do not stretch it tight.
To remove: run your tongue along the inside of your lips to break the seal, or wet the tape with warm water (a warm flannel or your morning shower works well), then peel off slowly.
It can feel strange for the first two or three nights. That is normal.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Safety

Not a treatment for sleep apnoea: if you snore loudly, stop breathing or gasp during sleep, see your doctor. If you use CPAP, talk to your sleep clinician before using mouth tape. Always consult a doctor before use if you have breathing difficulties, health issues or sleep apnoea. Do not use without your doctor's approval if you have heart or breathing problems. Only use if you can breathe comfortably through your nose. Do not use with a blocked nose, cold or sinus infection, or after alcohol or sedatives. Do not use if you have a skin condition or on irritated or broken skin. Remove if irritation or discomfort occurs. May not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions; please consult a healthcare professional before use. Always read the label and use only as directed.
