Description
Description
Tui Tape Bearded Mouth Tape is a gentle sleep tape that encourages nasal breathing overnight by helping keep your lips together while you sleep. Most mouth tapes are too big for a beard or moustache and pull on facial hair. This one is deliberately slim and lip-sized, so it sits on the lip line and clears facial hair, with a small central breathing slit so your mouth is never fully sealed. Designed by a founder who has worn a beard for years.
Mouth breathing at night is linked with a dry mouth on waking and snoring. Tui Tape gently holds your lips closed, so you breathe through your nose instead.
This pack holds 36 strips, a month's supply plus a few spare nights, so you can build a consistent nightly routine.
Why Tui Tape:
- Slim lip shape with a slight arch, 73 x 23 mm
- Designed to clear beards, moustaches and stubble
- Small central breathing slit for comfort and peace of mind
- Non-woven fabric tape
- Hypoallergenic and 100% latex-free
- Pack contains 36 individual strips
- Designed and owned in New Zealand
Pairs well with Tui Tape Clear Nasal Strips, to help keep your nose clear while you tape.

2. Pull the tape apart along the centre cut to remove the backing, so your fingers do not touch the adhesive.
3. Position the tape centred over closed lips and gently stretch before pressing down for 5 to 10 seconds. Do not stretch it tight.
To remove: run your tongue along the inside of your lips to break the seal, or wet the tape with warm water (a warm flannel or your morning shower works well), then peel off slowly.
It can feel strange for the first two or three nights. That is normal.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
