The really great thing about these healthy smoothie recipes is that they squeeze a ton of fruits, vegetables, and other nutrients into one serving. It’s the easiest way to get your 5+ a day in one sitting! You can also mix in healthy supplements like prebiotics and collagen.

(Tip: you can also ‘hide’ veggies like kale in a smoothie and the kids will never know!)

Adding a smoothie or two to your daily menu is an easy way to provide your body with the nutrients it needs to function properly. And there are no rules! Invest in a good blender and get creative. Experiment with different fruits, veggies, nuts, herbs, protein powders, and just whatever is in your cupboard or growing in your garden.

Whether you’re looking for a breakfast recipe, a quick snack, or healthy smoothies for weight loss, here are a few tried-and-true recipes that will have you feeling the smoothie love.
