Click and Collect is currently available in selected Bargain Chemist stores only. We are looking forward to bringing this service to more stores in the near future.

How Does it Work?

1. Shop Online

  • Add an item by Selecting "Click and Collect" on the product page.
  • Select your preferred Click and Collect pick up location on the pop up that appears.
  • Click "Add to Cart" and your item will be added to your cart. You can add more items by continuing to shop.
Note:
Once you select a preferred pick up location on our product page or in the top navigation, we will remember that for any additional items.
You can also view stock in Bargain Chemist stores across New Zealand.
 
2. Select Click & Collect at checkout.
Click & Collect will be your preselected delivery method during checkout.
Complete the checkout process by
  • Confirming the Click & Collect location,
  • Entering your billing details and
  • Completing your payment.
 
 
3. We'll let you know when your order is ready

 

You will receive an email from Bargain Chemist to confirm your order has been received in store. Then, we'll let you know via email when your order is ready for collection.

4. Collect your order in store

 

Pop into store and speak with the team at the front checkout. To collect your order you will need:
A) Proof of your order for example your Order Confirmation Email.
B) Proof of ID such as a New Zealand Drivers Licence, this must match the purchasers details.
 
Frequently Asked Questions:

 

1. What products can be order via Click and Collect?
Most of the products we stock can be purchased via Click and Collect. To check if an item is available check the stock status on the product page.
Pharmacist only medicines and prescriptions cannot be ordered via Click and Collect. 

 

2.Can I split my order for delivery and Click and Collect?
At this time an orders delivery method must be the same. We are unable to split orders.

 

3. When will the payment be processed?
The payment is processed via our online web store at the time you place your order.

 

4. Who should I contact about my order?
If you change your mind or have questions prior to collection you can contact the pick up store directly. Please have your order number to hand.
