Qsilica Skin, Hair & Nails One-A-Day multi-nutrient tablets contains colloidal silica, biotin, zinc and selenium in a convenient once daily supplement.
Formulated to nourish from within, Qsilica capsules may support skin health.

Each tablet contains:
Silica – colloidal anhydrous 450 mg (Equivalent to Silicon 210 mg)
Biotin 2.5mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate 75 mg (Equivalent to Zinc 24 mg)
Selenomethionine 250 µg (Equivalent to Selenium 100µg)
Also contains: tableting aids

Adults take one tablet per day with a glass of water preferably with food.

Warnings

Supplementary to a balanced diet.
Do not use if the carton seals are missing or blister seal is broken.
Store below 25°C.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
